Ball Arena Walk-In Tour Tickets

We will be unable to offer tours while we are hosting a special event/concert. This is subject to change throughout the year.

The 10:30 AM Walk-In Tour is unavailable on Avalanche and Nuggets home game days.

• Park in Camry North Lot for all tours, parking is FREE.
• Enter through the main doors – main entrance, Door 1.
• Wear comfortable shoes – 90 minute walking tour.
• Pre-purchased tickets - present your QR code from the confirmation of purchase email.
• On-site tickets: can be purchased with the Tour Guide in the Grand Atrium at the Tour Kiosk using our QR code.
• All guests 18 and over must present a valid government issued ID.
• Small cameras allowed, however, NO video cameras or recording devices are permitted.
• We do not check bags while you are on your tour, you will be responsible for all bags brought into the arena.
• No bags larger than 4in x 6in x 1.5in will be permitted into Ball Arena. There is no bag check available for bags larger than this size. This will be our standard for all events unless otherwise specified by a special event/tour.
• Due to enhanced security policies, all tour guests will be required to pass-through walk-through metal detectors.
• All guest must check in with Security after providing proof of purchase to our Tour Guides.
• Medical and diaper bags 14"x14"x6" or smaller are permitted. All guests entering with medical, or diaper bags are subject to x-ray screening upon entry.
• Buses/Vans/Oversized Transportation 
• All vehicles listed will need to be parked in the back end of Camry North Lot.
• Drop off area for larger groups/schools/camps will be located off Chopper Circle in front of our Main Entrance.

For groups of 15 or more, Group Tour Reservations are required.

Groups of 15+ guests

• Reservations must be made no less than two weeks in advance and no more than 90 days prior to the requested tour date.
• Can be booked for any day of the week (M-F).
• Groups can arrive 15 minutes prior to the timeslot for proper check-in.
• Guests requesting a shorter/longer tour, guest speakers, a specific focus for the tour, etc. must coordinate this in advance by calling (303) 405-8556 so we can accommodate as best as possible.

• Please bring a student or group roster to help expedite check-in. All guests over the age of 18 will be required to present a valid ID and complete an additional security check-in.
• Parking for all tours is available in the Camry North Lot and is free of charge. CLICK HERE for parking lot information. 
• Bus Parking – Guest can be dropped off in loading zone on 9^th Street & Chopper Circle and buses can park in the back end of our Camery North lot via 12^th Street & Chopper Circle.
• Please enter though the Grand Atrium main entrance (on the southwest side of the building near the flag poles) via Door 1.
• check in and get your tickets scanned with our Tour Guides at the Grand Atrium desk upon arrival.
• Purchase your tour tickets with the Tour Guide at the Tour Kiosk if you haven’t done so already.

• Personal wheelchairs, walkers, scooters, mobility devices, etc. are permitted as long as they are self-operable. Tour guides are unable to push individual guests on the tour for the safety and security of all guests and our venue.
• For guests needing interpreting services, please call (303) 405-8556. (We require at least two weeks in advance of your tour date for tours requesting interpreting services).
• Guests requesting interpreting services must call (303) 405-8556 to schedule. (We require notice of at least two weeks in advance of your tour date for tours requesting interpreting services.)

• All sites on the tour are subject to daily availability.
• All dates and times may be subject to change without notice.
• Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
• Ball Arena reserves the right to cancel all or part of a tour.
• All persons specifically consent to and are required to sign in and wear a certified credential prior to entry. Any person or property that could affect the safety of Ball Arena occupants/property will be denied entry.
• Weather: Closures of the arena due to weather conditions will result in a refund to any pre-purchased tickets, or an offer to reschedule your original tour date to a future date.
