There are no refunds or exchanges on any ticket purchased for a Ball Arena concert, game or event. In the event that a show is canceled or rescheduled, please contact the original point of purchase.

Accessible/Disabled seating is available on all levels of the arena. Accessible seating and parking are available through BallArena.com and Ticketmaster.com.
