15TH ANNUAL GIVESPORTS EQUIPMENT DRIVE

The 15th Annual giveSPORTS Equipment Drive will take place at Ball Arena on Saturday, September 26, 2026, from 9 – 11 a.m. in the RAV4 Parking Lot (located between 9th and 11th Streets, and between Chopper Circle and Auraria Parkway).

In partnership with A Precious Child, Kroenke Sports Charities invite the community to help support underserved youth by donating new or gently used sports equipment. Participation in sports and other extracurricular activities can have a lasting positive impact on a young person’s educational, emotional, behavioral, and physical well-being.

Representatives from the Denver Nuggets, Colorado Avalanche, Colorado Mammoth, and Colorado Rapids will be on-site to greet and thank donors for their support. Donors who attend the event will receive a tax-deductible donation receipt and a voucher valid for two (2) tickets to the Denver Nuggets preseason home game taking place at Ball Arena on October 11, 2026.*

Help us celebrate 15 years of giving Colorado youth the opportunity to get in the game by donating new or gently used sports equipment. Cash donations are also welcome. Unable to attend? Monetary donations can be made online at any time by visiting A Precious Child's donation page and selecting “giveSPORTS” as the donation designation. All monetary donations support A Precious Child's sports scholarship program.

As Kroenke Sports Charities hosts the equipment drive for the final time, help us make this special celebration the most impactful one yet!

The greatest need is currently for equipment in the following sports:

• Basketball
• Hockey
• Lacrosse
• Soccer
• Football
• Baseball
• Softball
• Volleyball

Bicycles and equipment from other sports are also accepted, provided they are in good condition. Please note: Uniforms and clothing cannot be accepted.

Since its inception, the giveSPORTS Equipment Drive has helped 102,557 local children access sports and recreation opportunities by providing 307,870 pieces of sports equipment and more than $132,000 in sports scholarship funding.
