Did you lose something during a visit to Ball Arena? You can report lost items by filling out the form below. Please provide as much information about your lost item in the “detail” section. Once you submit a Lost and Found Claim, please allow 72 hours for Arena Management to respond. If an item is turned in that matches your item, you will be contacted to verify the details of the item. If you are not contacted within 72 hours of submitting your claim, no item was found that matches your claim. For any immediate Lost and Found needs you may contact Guest Relations at 303.405.8548

Lost and found items will be logged and kept for 14 calendar days. Any credit/debit card turned in to our lost and found that is not picked up by the end of the event will be shredded and destroyed for safety purposes. Unclaimed items will be donated to charity after the two-week holding period. Management assumes no responsibility for items lost at events.
