In the best interest of fans and staff, Ball Arena will continue to monitor local COVID-19 trends. Fans attending an Event at Ball Arena agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event and/or required by a specific promoter, tour or artist, which may include, but are not be limited to, wearing masks, providing proof of COVID-19 vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test. Check the venue website often as guidelines are subject to change.
Mask Policy - Effective March 12, 2022
Beginning on March 12, 2022, guests are no longer required to wear masks during events taking place at Ball Arena unless wearing a facemask is required for an event listed specifically under the “Event-Specific Health and Safety Requirements” section below. Per CDC guidelines, masks are highly recommended for guests who are considered high risk.
Proof of COVID-19 Vaccine or Negative COVID-19 Test - Effective March 12, 2022
Beginning on March 12, 2022, guests are no longer required to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or proof of a negative COVID-19 test as a condition of entry for events at Ball Arena unless such protocols are required for an event listed specifically under the “Event-Specific Health and Safety Requirements” section below.
THE MASK POLICY AND ALL COVID-19 ENTRY PROCEDURES AND REQUIREMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME.
Certain events, seating locations and experiences may require additional health and safety guidelines or requirements at the request of the promoter, touring artist or applicable league which could include requirements to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination, provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test and/or wear a mask. You agree to comply with all such requirements as a condition of entry for such events. Those specific event requirements can be found here:

If you or any member of your party is feeling sick or has symptoms associated with COVID-19, please stay home, and do not come to Ball Arena.
People who have COVID-19 symptoms should get tested right away and stay home except to get medical care.

You must follow all Ball Arena policies, including health and safety policies and posted instructions while outside and inside of the venue.
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the CDC, senior citizens and those with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.
By entering Ball Arena, you 1) acknowledge and voluntarily agree to assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and all strains, mutations and variations thereof, whether known now or in the future, by virtue of your presence at Ball Arena and 2) are agreeing to all terms and conditions referred to on your ticket and online at ballarena.events/termsandconditions including compliance with Ball Arena’s health and safety policies. These policies are subject to change without notice.

Ball Arena staff are available onsite to assist guests with questions. If you feel unsafe or are in need of emergency assistance, please contact the nearest event staff member.
Guests can text 920-520-2255 with their seat location and concern to Ball Arena personnel. The sender will receive a response and event staff will respond to the seating section.
