All RTD buses and rail vehicles are accessible for mobility aids. Bus and rail operators are trained to assist passengers with disabilities boarding or exiting the vehicle. More information is available HERE.

- An RTD bus stop is located adjacent to the grounds of Ball Arena at 9th Street and Auraria Parkway and is served by multiple bus routes.

- MallRide
- The MallRide provides FREE shuttle service on the 16th Street Mall. The Mall extends approximately two miles and accesses both northbound and southbound light rail service at Union Station and the 16th Street Mall.
- *Please note, due to ongoing reconstruction on 16th Street Mall, MallRide vehicles are currently operating on 15th and 17th Streets.

Bike Trails
Ball Arena is accessible by the multi-use Cherry Creek Trail, and shared-use sidewalk on Auraria Parkway. CLICK HERE To view Denver’s Bike Map.
Bicycle Parking
There are three bicycle racks located on Ball Arena grounds: one outside the East Atrium, one outside the Grand Atrium and one in Toyota 4Runner Lot South.
Rideshare/Taxi/Limo
Rideshare/Taxi/Limo Drop-Off/Pick-Up Zone
Rideshare/Taxi/Limo pick-up and drop-off is available at the Ball Arena Rideshare lot, at the intersection entrance of 5th and Walnut Streets in the 4Runner West parking lot ONLY!
ADA/Accessible pick-up and drop-off is also available at the roundabout on 9th Street.
